Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original condition and include all tags; then, print and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt as proof of shipment.
Process and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
